Shipping policy
Mood Shop’s business days are Monday to Sunday, including holidays.
- You will receive a confirmation letter of your order to your email.
- Once the order is shipped you will receive an email with a tracking number by which you can follow the status of your order. The delivery usually takes from 8 to 20 business days.
8-12 days to EU
12-20 days to USA, Canada
20-30 days to Australia, New Zealand

Depending on your location, our orders can be delivered by different couriers like local delivery services (usually), DHL or UPS.
The delivery for orders above 300 EUR are free of charge.
