Refund policy

At MoodShop, we respect every customer. All items are returnable for refund or exchange. The items you wish to return or exchange must be in the same condition that you received it in – unworn, in its packaging, with all labels attached. If you feel that you and your purchased items are not a good match, please, return it within 14 days from the date of delivery.

The items must be returned under the following return policy:

• The condition of the item must remain unchanged as per the description on the website
• Brand tag must remain attached
• If the item does not meet the above requirements the return may not be accepted and will be sent back to the buyer. Alternatively, the item may be listed for sale on behalf of the buyer.

 

Please allow 5 to 14 days for processing your return.

 

 

Authenticity

Authenticity is the cornerstone of Mood Shop. Certain vintage items are not branded and are stated very clearly that there is no brand attached to the item. We ensure that every item sold is 100% authentic and in excellent or good condition. We inspect all goods for appropriate markings. Our authentication process is in-house and independent. Brands identified are not involved in the authentication of the products being sold and none of the brands sold assumes any responsibility for any products purchased from or through the website.
